Data Rights Request

Use this form to exercise your rights over personal data processed by OperExa, a project of Brain Junks Limited. We aim to respond within one calendar month, in line with UK GDPR.

Employees and other staff: most personal data in OperExa is uploaded by your employer, who is the "data controller". Please contact them first — they are legally responsible for responding. If they cannot help, we will support them.

A copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Do not include passwords, card numbers or bank details. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing personal data.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
